Holiday time is a great opportunity to have some family portraits taken. Everyone is home, dressed up and completely stressed out :) The grama of this family wanted a picture of just her grand daughters, then all the ladies of the family together. What a cool idea ! (We are going to do the boys in the spring). Due to the size of the group we all gathered in a larger location than my basement studio. All of these lovely ladies were so patient and I have never had such good cooperation on a group this size-thank you.

Triplets
How cool was this opportunity? Triplets, each one completely individual. We did each of the children individually in order for me to keep "fresh ideas" and also I wanted each one of them to feel this is there special time. This family is one of my biggest supporters and I can't thank them enough for all the word of mouth advertsing they have done for me.

Fiesty & Fun
The focus of this shoot was for the children to be together. Well little sister wanted NO part of this today. So we changed our view and worked on indv, by the end of the shoot she did grant us one quick shot- her eyes are closed- but in this case that hug was so big/fast you can feel her little love. As always when the children are not in the mood you can not force them, you just go with the flow.
Klei family
When Amanda was pregnant I knew I wanted to photograph her baby. With a momma this pretty you know her babies are adorable. (OK Steve you good looking too:) Little chubby cheeks didn't really want her picture taken but that really made for some loving shots of her parents comforting her. I can't wait to document this little one as she grows.

Brayden
Ryan
I was nervous about this shoot. I have known Ryan for many years so sometimes photographing someone you know leads to HUGE expectations on both sides of the camera. My fears disappeared the minute we started working together. We really enjoyed doing the outdoor portion, tried lots of different stuff and got adventurous walking on the falls. Thanks Ryan for letting me capture this special time in your life.

September 2007
The sun was beaming brightly and all stress levels were just as high. In the high sense of tradition they prefered not to see each other before the ceremony. So we had lots of giggles trying to get some of the shots done before hand. The bride was very emotional during the ceremony-it was beautiful.
Laura & Tony
It was one of the hotteset days in August 07 but this beautiful bride looked flawless the whole day. We spent a couple hours at the spectacular sunken garden in Fort Wayne. Then moved on to the wedding site Soloman Farm. This whole group never whinned or complained the whole day, they just kept smiling. It might have been they were afraid of me :) the bride is my sister.
