Jennett family

This was an awesome session done in their home that like most of us was long overdue. They showed me their last family picture and the daughter was around 8 (I think). This is another great example of what we can do in your personal home at any time.

Trevor 4mo

Trevor came back for his 4 month session and we had a blast. Not only is he an adorable chubby boy, he is so happy. All you had to do was talk to him and he would just laugh, it was contagious. See you at 8 months little buddy.

Borgman family

Connie's daughter in-law purchased this family at home session for her as a gift. Can you think of a better gift? They managed to gather the family and we used their home and it was wonderful. So have you ever thought that there is no way you can pull this off? Well yes you can, just call me and I will help you arrange it.

The whole family.

Grandma & Grandpa with the grandchildren.

York family

After cancelling the first session due to lack of light, we nailed this one. It was really cold but the light was beautiful for this family. I have worked with Tina on the weekends doing little leagues so when she mentioned she needed family pics I was all over it. The children behaved, the husband didn't complain and momma is happy with the images... job well done. It truely is an honor to photograph my friends families.

Lily- my sweet beautiful niece

Isn't she beautiful! Ok all my newborns are precious but this one belongs to my wonderful sister Laura and her husband Tony. It's been many moons since we have had a baby in our family so little Lily is poured with love continually.. isn't she lucky :) My family jokes that when auntie Jill is in town nobody gets to hold her because I am the "baby hog" yep I probably am and I LOVE it. We had such a good session, she wasn't as sleepy as I would like but who cares, I just love the images

Behind in posting

I am EXTREMELY behind in my posting, not really sure what happened or why. But now I am back on the "posting wagon" enjoy the upcoming posts of my late fall 2010 and beginning of 2011 photo sessions.

Hannah

This beautiful young lady is mine and I couldn't be more proud! Miss Hannah was not really wanting senior pictures taken, but with a photog mom you really do not have a choice. Once we started talking about it and put a date on the calendar ( yes even my child needed an appt) she came into it a litte more. Then the 2 days we did the sessions we really did have a good time together. It was different on an emotional mom level working on your own childs pictures, knowing she is going to graduate and move on to the next chapter in her life.

I am really pleased with her images, she did a great job.. love you with all I got Miss Hannah!

Katie & Josh

Do you know the best feeling in the photo world? It's when you get repeat business from a family because they #1 love your work, but also enjoy you and how you get the job done. That is how I met Katie, she is Aleesa's cousin from a previous wedding. Katie did her homework, checked out some photographers and then landed back to me... I am thrilled to be the one they chose.. Thanks Katie & Josh.

We had a gorgeous day for this engagement session, the sun was a little too bright for my liking but we can't have everything :) Katie, Josh & I hiked it down to the dried up falls for some really neat photo's, then we went to the Newbern bridge. This bridge is special to all who live around Newbern, because it is so old and is now going to be "moved" and a new one built. Katie & Josh call it the "kissing bridge" which is super cute.. they smooch everytime they go over it:) I had a great time working with these two and really look forward to the wedding next June.

Paige

Paige's mom and I have been friends for many moons. We actually were married on the same day (didn't know each other then) got pregnant at the same time and have shared many sorrows and joys together. Miss Paige has ALWAYS loved to have her picture taken and it shows. She moves effortlessly in front of the camera, changing poses and facials- she is and absolute blast to work with. Enjoy this preview Miss Paige, lets do this again soon.

Fischer wedding

What a fantastic day for a wedding! Begining of October and it was around 75- HOT!!! This is my good buddy Kregg from ProTek Photography that often 2nd shoots weddings for me. It was super weird knowing that I was just going to give him my un-edited files of himself! yikes I was kinda freaked out about that :) But it all turned out in the end just fine for a super sunny day. Best wishes to you Kregg & Scarlett.
